Rapper Lil Mama will be representing the L in TLC…or at least for a few days.
Today, Chilli and T-Boz held a press conference where they announced that the former Amercia’s Best Dance Crew judge would be joining them on stage, in place of Left Eye, at the Mixtape Festival in Hershey Park, PA, this weekend.
Although fans of the original group may feel a certain way about this, it makes perfect sense since Lil Mama is playing Left Eye in the upcoming TLC biopic and she has studied and memorized all of her raps and choreography!
According to numerous reports, their new release slated for an October 15th release, may feature contributions from ‘Practice’ purveyor Drake and will see mark the latest major signing EPIC has made since welcoming LA Reid as its CEO, following the arrivals of Tamar Braxton and R&B Queen Ciara.
