Arriving on the red carpet of the Stylistpick.Com’s party (which she was hosting), the toilet attendant’s worst nightmare struck a pose and flaunted her signature smile for the paparazzi, who later snapped her in the company of fellow Girls Aloud member Nicola Roberts
