Who told Lifetime it was okay to remake "Steel Magnolias"?! The 1989 classic starring Sally Field, Dolly Parton, Olympia Dukakis, Shirley MacLaine, and Julia Roberts has been retold by a new cast, including Queen Latifah, Jill Scott, Phylicia Rashad, and Alfre Woodard. And based on this trailer, it seems Lifetime didn't change a single thing about the script, which means we'll all be reciting the lines when Queen Latifah takes on Sally Field's famously teary speech. No release date has yet been released.
