After weeks of teases and rumors, Britney Spears’ “Make Me” video is finally here. She promised it would be about female empowerment, and it sorta delivers as a love story-slash-lightly meta look at the casting process for Brit’s male eye candy sidekick in the video — apparently G-Eazy didn’t make the cut, so his appearance is spliced in during his verse.
But of course the shots of Britney writhing and gyrating are the main draw. And if that doesn’t keep you interested, surely the clunky product placement will.
“Make Me” is the lead single off Britney’s ninth album, Glory, out August 26. Watch below.
