After all the previously unreleased material surfaced online and finish the promotion of her EP “Bombastic“, launched back in 2015, American singer-songwriter and pop genius Bonnie McKee is ready to slay all your faves.
The 32-year-old hitmaker is releasing a new single called “Stars In Your Heart“, which is apparently (fingers crossed) the lead single taken from her long delayed full length major debut album due out sometime next year.
The track and its music video were planned to be released back in 2014, when it was properly recorded, but unfortunately it was canceled. The video was finally premiered exclusively on NYLON on December 16th. About it, she shared:
"The video is based on one of my favorite cult classic films, the iconic Barbarella. I wanted it to feel as authentic as possible, with hand-built optical illusion sets, projections, and classic camera tricks rather than relying on the green screen to capture the zero gravity effect"
